As a land and sea grant institution and a member of NASA’s space grant consortium, UConn is dedicated to addressing global environmental challenges—sustainable agriculture, food safety, clean energy and so many more—through our core missions of education, research and outreach. UConn is training passionate students to become the next generation of leaders in environmental science and technology; researching and developing inventive solutions; and advancing the public’s knowledge of the technologies and policies that will protect our environment.
