You Make it Possible

UConn’s Division of Athletics is comprised of more than 700 student-athletes from 24 teams. Our student-athletes are ambassadors for the student body, working just as hard in the classroom as they do in competition. When they’re not training or studying, our athletes give back to the community.

Our Drive to 5K campaign aims to provide the necessary resources for our student-athletes to be champions and further send a message about the power of Husky pride—and the strength of UConn Nation.

We have a great championship past. We are champions today. And we are committed to being champions in the future.

Husky Excellence Fund

The Husky Excellence Fund provides critical resources to more than 700 student-athletes across all 24 teams. Gifts to this fund help UConn Athletics invest in our programs in many ways, including: academic support, recruiting and travel budgets, new equipment, health and wellness, strength and conditioning, state-of-the-art technology, and programmatic support.

Husky Annual Scholarship Fund

While winning championships is always important, providing student-athletes with the opportunity to obtain a great education is the primary goal at UConn. Scholarship costs have increased significantly over the past decade, and your support provides us with the ability to continue to recruit the best student-athletes in the county.
