When Danny Morocho was 5 years old, the economy crashed in Ecuador, and Danny and his parents moved to Connecticut to build a better future for their family.
Fast forward to 2020, and Danny is now a UConn alumnus working as a nurse to give back to his Connecticut community. A scholarship helped Danny’s dreams come true.
