The Law Students First Fund enables the Law School to provide emergency support to students in times of need, such as following unforeseen misfortunes like a death in the family, loss of employment, illness, fire, flood, theft, etc. Funds may be used by students to meet typical and reasonable expenses that arise during these times of loss, including but not limited to transportation costs, clothing, housing or food.

Gifts to the Law Students First Fund provide support to enable the University to demonstrate to our students that they are an important and valuable part of our community through outreach initiatives in times of need.
