Gifts to the English Fund provide support for entertainment and other expenses incurred by the English Department during academic year.

Gifts to the English Stevens Memorial provide support by funding a memorial lecture in memory of Wallace Stevens by a contemporary poet & award student poet.

Gifts to the Elizabeth Shanley Gerson ’48 Irish Literature Program Fund will be used to provide financial support for programs or activities related to Irish Literature within the English Department.

Gifts to the Steblea Family Scholarship fund provide scholarship support for undergraduate students enrolled in the College with demonstrated academic achievement and financial need who are majoring in English.

Gifts to the Connecticut Writing Project provide support for workshops and related initiatives of the Connecticut Writing Project.
