We would offer a daily rate in the first 60 days to alleviate financial pressure as you become integrated into the team and are meeting patients. After this period, we would transition to a percentage of net production so you are never waiting on insurance or your patients to pay before you are paid. We would offer 3 weeks of vacation and can be flexible on timing as we want to support a great work-life balance.
