Career Resources and Support

Career Readiness and Life Skills
The UConn Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills continues to support alumni after graduation. If you graduated within the past three years, you have full access to the Center’s career coaching services and resources. Alumni who graduated more than three years ago can still take advantage of a complimentary one-hour career coaching session.

UConn 12twenty
As a UConn alum, you have ongoing access to 12twenty, UConn’s career platform designed to connect you with employers specifically seeking UConn graduates. Through 12twenty, you can explore job openings, apply for
opportunities, register for career fairs and events, and network with employers and fellow professionals. It’s a powerful resource to support your career growth — wherever you are on your journey.
Career Champion
As a career champion, you can share your insight, advice, and experience with current UConn students. You’ll also grow your own UConn network by connecting with other champions at exclusive events, and accessing resources and trainings to support meaningful conversations with your students.
