FINANCIAL INFORMATION

The UConn Foundation (EIN 06-6070722) is an independent, not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization that exists to support the educational, scientific, cultural, research, and recreational objectives of the University of Connecticut.

Copies of important financial, tax, and legal documentation are made available to the public. Financial statements are audited and provided to University officials and state auditors annually.
